"6.d" section of Electronic Signature Law (no.5070) explains "Secure Signature Creation Tools" as:
Since Microsoft Outlook may contain different source of information (attached files, text formatting or HTML written in background color, such rich text information or scripts, etc. ) within signed data, e-signatures which was created by using Microsoft Outlook are not accepted as valid by the law.
