Microsoft Outlook Application and E-Signature

"6.d" section of Electronic Signature Law (no.5070) explains "Secure Signature Creation Tools" as:

They will enable to be able to see the data to be signed and make sure these data could not be changed except the owner of the signature.

Since Microsoft Outlook may contain different source of information (attached files, text formatting or HTML written in background color, such rich text information or scripts, etc. ) within signed data, e-signatures which was created by using Microsoft Outlook are not accepted as valid by the law.

We supply our users with a program called Tilia (Secure Electronic Signature Creation and Verification Software) which can be used to create e-signature that will be accepted by law.
