Password Process

PIN code will be blocked if its entered incorrectly 3 (three) times. You can remove blocked PIN by requesting blockage removal code with voice response system through our call center at (0 850) 222 444 6. After having blockage removal code, you can choose your new password by clicking on "Blokaj Kaldır" button from Palma software.

NOTE; All e-signature related processes can only be performed by Palma software, otherwise your e-signature will be out of warranty.

PIN Code Change with Palma Software

  • Run your Palma software. Below window will show up after you run Palma.
  • Click on "PIN Değiştir" button from main screen or choose "Kart İşlemleri -> PIN Değiştir" option from menü.
  • On the new screen, enter old and new PIN values to related area and click on "Değiştir" button.
  • Once the PIN has been changed successfully, below infromation message will be shown.


Unlocking Blocked PIN Code with Palma Software

  • Run your Palma software. Below window will show up after you run Palma.
  • Click on "Blokaj Kaldır" button from main screen or choose "Kart İşlemleri -> Blokaj Kaldır" option from menü.
  • You will see an information about calling our call center. Call center operator will perform ID authentication process and then makes you to have SMS confirmation code to your mobile phone number which was submitted through application process.
  • An SMS message will come to your mobile phone from TÜRKTRUST as below.
    "PIN blokaj kaldırma işlemi için SMS onay kodunuz : 123456"
    Enter this code to related area and click "Doğrula" button.
  • Confirmation will be done automatically if you enter the right confirmation code and "PIN Değiştirme" section will turn active.
  • After choosing and entering your new PIN, click on "Değiştir" button.
  • The following information will be displayed when the PIN successfully changed.
